the included breakfast had many options to choose from. the location was near many interesting places, restaurants and shops. our family room had two separate rooms with one common main door and two bathrooms.
the hairdryer was behind the ironing board. i found it minutes before check out.

i found the staff very helpful with any request. the breakfast had many choices, even some vegan options. my room was cleaned well each day by the housekeeping staff. the hotel gave me convenient access to nearby museums and shops.
my room had a small window with limited natural light, i didn't like that.

the location was really central. breakfast included plenty options and tasted fine. the staff i encountered was friendly. the room i stayed in was clean and spacious, suited my needs well.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from other rooms. the bathroom could use some updates, fixtures felt a bit old. i found the lack of readily available outlets slightly inconvenient.

This hotel had a great location near the harbor. it was easy to reach all transport options and airport connections. all the staff seemed friendly. They were also very helpful. the breakfast offered freshly made fruit and ginger shots each morning. i also appreciated the packed breakfast at 05:30 upon my departure.

The location was great. The breakfast offered a fabulous range of food. I particularly loved the different soups each day. They were ALL delicious!!!
The bathroom had water leaking from the tub. The facility did not have a service person at night to fix or mop the floor.

the breakfast had a very good selection. coffee and tea making facilities downstairs stayed available all day. the location near bryggen and the harbor suited me for fjord tours.
I found the service appalling. i booked months in advance, still, there was a problem. the receptionist said my room was not ready when i arrived 3 hours early. I returned on time, only to be told the hotel overbooked.
