the location was good. it was close to attractions.

the room was very dark. the lighting was so dim, it was hard to see things. i stayed four nights, and the room wasn't cleaned even once. i had to ask for clean towels.

The location was great. The breakfast offered a fabulous range of food. I particularly loved the different soups each day. They were ALL delicious!!!

The bathroom had water leaking from the tub. The facility did not have a service person at night to fix or mop the floor.

the breakfast had a very good selection. coffee and tea making facilities downstairs stayed available all day. the location near bryggen and the harbor suited me for fjord tours.

I found the service appalling. i booked months in advance, still, there was a problem. the receptionist said my room was not ready when i arrived 3 hours early. I returned on time, only to be told the hotel overbooked.
